STREAM makes water safe to drink by generating a continuous flow of disinfecting solution from common salt. The disinfectant destroys all classes of micro-organisms, including viruses, bacteria and protozoa. The system is ideal for small communities, disaster relief and humanitarian missions.
Continuous Disinfectant Flow
4.8L/hr (1.3 gph) of solution at a concentration of 5,000 mg/l. Use disinfectant to:
- Treat any fresh supply. Treat up to 230,000L* (60,000 gals) of water per day.
- Sterilise food preparation areas, hospitals or health clinics.
- Sterilise areas after viral outbreaks like Ebola.
