Syringe and Venting Filters
+ Free ShippingSyringe filters are single-use, membrane-based devices used for the removal of particulate impurities from liquid and gas samples prior to analysis by methods such as HPLC, ion chromatography, gas chromatography, ICP, and dissolution testing. Proper filtration of samples improves the quality and consistency of analytical results and decreases instrument downtime. Disposable syringe filters are commonly used for fast and efficient filtering.
Orientfiltr sterile syringe filters are made with a wide variety of membranes, complete with polypropylene (PP) housing, using the most advanced methods and design. The most common types of membranes used in sterile syringe filters are PES and PES with GF pre-filter. PES features high flow and lowest protein adsorption, which meet the broad applications, such as buffer, protein, culture medium, additives etc. GF pre-filter has excellent dirt-holding capacity, which allows this syringe filter to have a much larger throughput for some “hard to filter” sample.
Orientfiltr Sterile thermally bonded 50mm venting filter incorporates a hydrophobic PTFE membrane in a polypropylene housing. It is designed for sterile venting, gas, and liquid filtration.
