New Type Of Filter Bag Bottom Ultrasonic Welding

Our bag manufacturers, Sun Micron are about to launch a new type of filter bag bottom ultrasonic welding, which will be a solid line finish with a welding band width of 1.5mm.

The tensile strength of the new welding reaches 30 kg per square millimetre (426 PSI), much above the required filter bag tensile strength. In addition, as the sonic shearing is done simultaneously with welding, it ensures a neat and uniform cutting finish, making the appearance of the bag much more presentable. Furthermore, this new welding brings Sun Micron one step closer to complete production automation.
