Customers Give Filcon a Good Report

Throughout the year we send out a Feedback Report to our customers to get their assessment of how well we are doing. We strive to give the very best service possible and would love to get a scorecard showing 100% customer satisfaction. As it happens, we received  response from 49 customers who collectively gave us an overall score of 91.5%.

For the new year we are going to have to set the bar higher and strive to get closer to receiving a 100% rating from our customers.
